Golf Cart Rentals

WARNING UNSAFE OPERATION OF A MOTORIZED GOLF CART CAN RESULT IN SEVERE INJURY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE MOTORIZED GOLF CART AT ALL TIMES AND FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY THEY MIGHT CAUSE. MAINTAIN SAFE CONTROL OF THE MOTORIZED GOLF CART AT ALL TIMES.

1. Declaration of Fitness to Operate: The customer represents that they are (i) understand how to safely operate a motorized golf cart, (ii) is fit to drive a motorized golf cart, and (iii) will not operate the golf cart if they become unfit to safely operate the golf cart for any reason whatsoever, including use of alcohol, drugs or exhaustion.
   
2. Other Operates: If the customer allows any other person to operate the motorized golf cart, the customer is fully responsible for that person’s operation of the golf cart and that person’s non-compliance with all obligations imposed on the customer by this agreement. For greater certainty, the customer must (i) ensure that person is fit to drive a motorized golf cart, and (ii) not allow that person to operate the golf cart if they are unfit to safely operate the golf cart for any reason whatsoever, including the use of alcohol, drugs or exhaustion.
   
3. Agreement to Follow Direction: the customer agrees to follow any and all staff direction, rules, and signage regarding the operation of motorized golf carts or the use of Quinte’s Isle Campark’s premises. 
   
4. Notice of Cancellation: the customer agrees that cancellations must be made with at least two weeks’ notice and the penalty for cancellation will result in one night's rental of the golf cart. Any cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice are non-refundable. Early departures are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
   
5. Assumption of Risk: The customer agrees that they assume all risk of loss or damage to property and/or injury to the customer or other persons arising from the customer’s rental of the golf cart or the use of Quinte’s Isle Campark's premises. The customer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to avoid loss or damage to property and injury to persons, including to the customer, arising out of use of the golf cart or Quinte’s Isle Campark’s premises.
   
6. Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Release: In the event of any loss, damage, or injury results from the customer's use of the motorized golf cart or use of Quinte’s Isle Campark’s premises, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Quinte’s Isle Campark and its personnel from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of such loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused. The customer agrees to release Quinte’s Isle Campark from any claims, suits, demands or administrative proceedings results from or related to the use of Quinte’s Isle Campark’s premises or motorized golf carts.

The customer and Quinte’s Isle Campark agree to the following:

Please observe the speed limits within the park. Please do not allow children to drive golf carts. Any person operating a golf cart must have a valid driver’s license. Site number should be clearly displayed on the golf cart. If you are bringing your own golf cart please register with reception and provide proof of insurance. No reckless driving, racing or driving under the influence will be tolerated. No ATV's, UTV's or Moped's are allowed within the park. 

1.Lessee must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

2. Operator(s) of the golf cart must be 25 years of age and have in their possession a valid driver’s license. (Moped license, learner’s permit, etc. are not accepted.)

3. Golf carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Carts are to be operated on Quinte’s Isle Campark roads only and not on RV sites or restricted areas.

4. Follow all speed limits. 

5. Golf carts are not allowed on off road trails. If golf carts are found on the trails your golf cart rental privileges will be forfeited immediately without refund of payment.

6. Golf carts must be always kept in the campground, not to exceed past posted areas.

7. Remove key from cart when not in use.

8. Golf carts can carry a maximum of 4 people or limo carts 6 people and all passengers must be seated at all times when the cart is in motion.

9. Golf carts must be returned by the designated time. Late returns may result in a late fee.

10. Please report any malfunctions to management immediately.

11. Anyone found abusing the rules and regulations of the rental golf cart will forfeit all rental privileges. There will be no refunds made if the cart is returned because of Lessee misuse. There are no second chances.

12. Alcohol is not permitted on the golf cart, and it is against the law to drink alcohol and to drive. If you have alcohol on the golf cart or are under the influence you will immediately lose rental privileges and all money for the rental of the golf cart.

13. Violation of any of the rules will be cause of immediate loss of rental privileges, due to misuse of the golf cart. (Underage drivers, anyone under 25, invalid driver’s license or no driver’s license, reckless driving, riding on the trails.)
